I had suffered from vertigo for over two weeks and Alison was recommended to me as a very good Therapist so I booked a session with her and cannot believe that after one visit she totally got rid of it. I would like to recommend Alison for her very professional conduct and helpful advice and would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from Vertigo.
Alison is an excellent physiotherapist who was able to quickly diagnose and create a recovery plan for my vestibular decompensation. The tools and advice that she provided for me helped me to overcome the problems I was facing both physically and mentally and feel better quickly. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking help with dizziness or other balance problems.
My GP recommended me getting in touch with Alison due to my longstanding vertigo issues. As a result of this I had lost confidence and I required the skill and professional advice that Alison provided in abundance. Alison did a home visit. She assessed me thoroughly and demonstarted the correct home Epley manouvere as well as doing manouveres. I was also provided with information and exercises for balance as well as other dizziness tips and exercises.. This very quickly made a difference. I am symptom free now and I am very pleased to recommend Alison as a specialist who cares and fully understands the problem I was having, and I am sure will get you on the right track if you have vertigo, dizziness or balance problems.
I had constant dizziness for a few months before I met Alison. Even after just a day of doing the simple exercises which she gave me, I noticed a huge improvement, and I am much better now.Alison is very thorough and committed. Without her help I don't think my dizziness would have been cured.
I was given Alison's contact by a neighbour when I was experiencing dizziness & nausea that was impacting on my everyday life - I was signed off sick from work, struggling to even walk my son to school and unable to drive. My GP had diagnosed BPPV and given me exercises that had no impact. Alison visited me at home and quickly assessed the condition as a vestibular imbalance and prescribed a new set of exercises. She also gave me a lot of practical advice on how to manage the symptoms. In about 2 weeks things had improved considerably. I kept to her exercise plan and overcame the dizziness but I was left light sensitivity. I returned to Alison and sought advice for this and again she worked wonders. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is the only medic who has understood the issue and had solutions that were easy to follow and effective.
